okay guys,
get ready for a reallly really realllyy long blog,
because im going to tell you basically all the details to every day.
ahah, its cause i love you, and i wanted to tell you guys the miracles that had happened because of GOD, (: [btw, its at orchard glory.. :D]
we were soo lcuky to have richard blake with us as a guest speaker, he's great (:
okayy, anyway, um if you were at the camp.. i tried to tell you guys about the sin thing for testimonies, hahah. i sort of went into tears, so i didnt end up saying much at all to what i wanted to say [some tears 'cause of stage fright ;__;] and if you didnt come to camp, ill explain in the following [alexia (:]

DAY ONE;
well, when we got there, we got into our chalets [rooms] and stuff and settled in,
i was thankfully in a wonderful chalet with wonderful people [besides the fact the floor creaked every time you walked a step].

DAY TWO;
first morning, gosh so hard to wake up, it was darn freezing, but we did wake up (: electric blankets (Y)
praise and worship in the morning, oh wow wonderful. i was starting to feel gods presence, it was amazing, as if he was there with the whole church.
RICHARD'S MESSAGE: OH GOSH, powerful man, powerful. about our sins, dividing them into groups, like slander and rebellion lying etc. wow. we talked about what we wanted to do to change the world and help the people in need. i said i wanted to go to schools and give them testimonies and tell them that there is a hope in god when they are down.
AMAZING RACE oh dayum, next time, imma stretch before hand. ever since that, my legs have hurt to bend down, like an old ladeh. >__>
TEAM FREEDOOMM. we were running to find places in orchard glory using pictures provided. it was awesome, and doing team activities, wow that was awesome, all of us working together as TEAM FREEEDOOM! we did pretty well... but not first, but i believe we did weelll (: we did activities once we had found it, and they wree all team work things, and we had bonded well (Y)
after that, lunch and stuff.
SKITS each team does a skit about a part in the bible [story] and ours was with moses and the 10 plagues and the red sea, look it up if you dont know it (:
we are hardcore, :D
workshops; WORKSHOPS. i went to a music workshop where the worship leaders of our church telling us allabout worship and what it is and how we can rise and get up there for the next generation of leaders [like, people in low high school ish] yeah and i would LOOOVEEE to be a leader, but im second youngest in the whole church. so it would be stange and awkward.. * awkward turtle* awkward turtle is hilarious with jon [he's the awesomest leader and chairman for my church btw alexia (:] :D
after praise and worship again,
[in stead of the message from richard. richard told us to write down as many sins as we could. this was a crucial moment for me, i was ASHAMED of how many sins i had commites, like swearing white lies, even SARCASM and hurting others in my younger ages on PURPOSE, man i was a retard back in the day >_>. i had written 2 double sided approx A5 sized pieces of paper of sins i have done, all SQUISHED in.
afterwards, the whole camp just surrounded to perimeter of the main hall in orchard glory, leaving a garbage bag in the middle. richard told us this: "if you need love, and you feel UNLOVELY cause of all your sins, come into the middle but your piece of paper of sin into the bag and say 'i feel unlovely' let the church pray for you." now that was something i wouldnt usually do, and you would know i wouldnt if you know me well, i dont usually contribute. yeah
but these burdens, it was like god wanted me to go in the middle to put it inside that bin. i did. and i felt so light immediately. i fell on my knees, crying, 'cause those sins, they are gone to me. thanks to all my friends who had prayed for me, god bless you, as i was crying in tears, non stop, unable to. that was something that i wouldnt control. it just flowed out. i was thinking "god, THANK YOU. thank you for helping me get all that junk off my slate, so i can have a fresh start, and bless richard" it was ALL richard. that is epic. that was a crucial moment. my other older friends in uni, they were there for me praying with me, for me, and for everyone. eventually, that middle was filled with people, wanting that burden off their shoulders. that was comething incredible. after that all passed, zac [youngest out of all church, as im second youngest too... but not cool enough xD] he took the garbage bag, with the rest of the church, we all went to the camp fire and burnt that garbage with all the church's sins. for me, thats such an impeccable visual, burning of sins. that made me relieved. remember i mentioned that i prayed for miracles to happen. that was MIRACLE, it changed me. i was a different person from the person who entered this camp. that was old jess, its now new. that changed it. now i was thinking to god "why, why did i feel so down when i coming ehre as if it wasnt important" that was something, i felt so stupid afterwards. that was a MIRACLEE. an AWESOME MIRACLE. i bet more than 70% of the church that had come to that camp went home a different person. the message was meant to be half an hour, obviously it was actually 2 or so hours. afterwards, we were meant to do skit practise, but, what had happened then, it would be too sudden, you had to process some of the things that had happened, if your slow at processing like me. so we praise and worshipped god, pray to him for what had happened AS A CHURCH. ] that whole thing that was bracketed, i wanted to say that on day three, so heres day three.


DAY THREE;
second morning, i was less active, we worshipped til one o clock or something im not sure of.
we did praise and worship. lyrics of this song touched me, i praised to lord differently to how i did before, i felt so CLOSE to him, as if he was next to me. i put my hand up high as i sang these words:
"ohh, im running to you lord, im running to you lord. the riches of your love would always be enough, nothing compares to your embrace, light up the world FOREVER REIGN" [song forever reign by hillsongs] yes. that was something. it had hit me like a lightning bolt. i want to follow god, do what he wants me to do. it went longer by like an hour, so our schedule was a bit off.
message; the third message was weird. it was about jon's most embarassing moments, and also richards, they were hilarious infact. but yeah. the message was about something im not sure of im not referring to any booklet all ive wrote is from my heart.. and brain. it sucked how richard had to leave early ): im trying to remember it so sorry for any errors for the people who are reading. :P and so we skipped team games i think im not sure i cant think straight xD i think we did skit prac. instead since we were sooo behind, and had to perform the skits that day too. before i forget, WE TOOK CAMP PHOTOS WITH EVERYONEE (:
STATION GAME;TEAM FREEDOM. weell. this activity was with many activities. i shall go through all of the ones team freedom did.
first station was "haggi maggi boom" ahha. alexia... your like "o__o" i bet when you read it.
basically its rock paper scissors. so what you do it obviousuly do rock paper scissors. whoever wins, they use thei finger and point it in 3 directions [north south east west] and then loser has to follow the finger and on the last direction not to follow it and look another direction. .. its kinda confusing, but it makes sence in my head. and the winner says "haggi maggi boom" while pointing the directions btw (: yeah.
second was sean ting's one i think [may not be in order...] and basically we were there at the station [they are located all over orchard glory] and we got there, waiting for approx. 10 mins til team faith came.. they didnt they probs got lost so we went against team loooveee. and the game was confusing. sean made dog and bone so confusing. yeah it didnt work well much...
third was crosbys! (: it was water balloons [just using regular balloons and water] and we were against team faith this time, and we had to fill up as many balloons as we could with water in 5-10 mins. ahha, we got like 48 or something. pretty impressive eh? (; hehe :D and like the other team got something bigger i think but yeah. ANYWAY. for the game. one person from each team had to risk getting wet. this person had to put on a garbage bag... [clean duh..] and like put holess in for feet, and be able to walk. after that was done, we filled to bag with all the balloons. and for ours.. heh ^__^" um balloons seemed to be coming out of burts crotch or something im not sure but all the water ballons kept falling out xD some popped, so funny. and like, it was as if his water broke :D XDD anyway, i found that hilarious. and since both teams bags failed, brosby let us have a water balloon fight, heh. one gigantic water balloon hit the side of my face and popped, so all the water drenched half my body. at least i was wearing my black top over my white would-be-able-to-see-through long sleeve. xD haaha so funny i loved it. we all had fun. me andrew and someone else i forgot sorry tried to hit mAndrea, ahah she too buff none popped :D aha
after that randomness, we went to the field, where we could get even more wet! yaaay! we had to choose a leader to dip a sponge, and throw it to the person infront of the line [our team was lined up] and pass it over the heads and trying to to lose too much water... we all got pretty wet and we won :D
next was jons one, so hard. the other team had someone blindfolded, with water pistols. another person stood behind them and were allowed to see, and squeeze the blindfolded persons arms to control them to squirt. none were allowed to talk. the other team had to try and grab the 'flag' [broom] and take it without getting hit witht he water pistol. 3 people were allowed in the middle to try grab it, if your hit your out and another player goes in. if this all doesnt make sense dw. im getting confused too. all you really need to know was that our teazm sorta failed ish that.
after we played baby burp. our teams lined up. one person was a parent, holding a bottle of coke [2L]. each team member had to put on the bib, crawl to the parent [[keep in mind that we are on grass which partly muddy and ewiie xD]] and the parent would pour coke into a cup and into our mouths. without the baby touching the cup. we had to burp before the baby turned into the parent, and parent takes the bib to the next team member and end of the line. so everyone had a try. we had o beat the other team to finishing the bottle.
i was the last to drink it. and by then. the cup had all this grass on it. ahha. and the other team was around the same place as us. so i as a baby had to chug it down my throat, as grass got into my mouth. heh ^_^" after we 'won' i was coughing and trying to get the grass out, everyone thought i was gonna throw up xD ahah funny. and that was the station game :D after that we showered and stuff, and i did quickly to rehearse skits for an hour or soemthing. we were pretty behind. we got it together, with heaps of humour, as burt as the staff [stick] and stuff. it was so funny if youw ere there. i was apart of the 10 plagues and a slave to monia the pharaohs wife ahaha, not liking ice coffee. and also me and elle were apart of the splitting of the red sea lololol.
after dinner we had a quick praise and worship as we were behind schedule and all teams did their skits. hehe, ALL SO GOOD AND HILARRIIOUSS! XD but, we won the skit thing, so proud of team freedom!
after all the skits, was MEGA PRAIISEEE! so we praised forever. we were gonna sing 24 songs or soemthing FOR GOD. and it was split into 2 sessions incase we got too tired. its really long. in between the sessions were just testimonies, and jsut things that was want to get out there to the church. the first session was greatt! me and renee, we are praise-and-worship-dancing-buddies. we were so into itt! (: after the session finished, people were sharing testimonies [their journies with god for alexia incase you dont know] and after jhy ru [i think ><] i went up. iy wasnt me that wanted to go up, but god wanted me to do so for him. i wanted to tell them the things that i bracketed in the third day, but i just cried so much because i felt just, like, it something that you cant explain. it was just something that god wanted me to do. i was partially scared, partially nervous cause of a crowd of around 60 peoples that i may or may not know. i tried my best to tell you guyys. but it sorta didnt work out =__= i had a break down :s THERE WERE SO MANY TESTIMONIES, I WAS SURPRISED. god bless those people! ah anyway. after all the people finished tehir testimonies, we sang a few more songs, two or three, and then we left after that because i think people felt half dead and tired. it was like 2 am. xD that was probably a good time to end when we got back to our chalets, we ate heaps. i ate heaps anyway. i visited the guys chalet hearing them tlak about most random things: me elle josh renee aaron. ahah then i left after like an hour of talking of something >_>

DAY FOUR;
well, it was sad cause it was the last daay. so tiring. last time to wake up in orchard glory for noww.
well we had to do major clean up and pack up. it was pretty messy, but we did it (: TEAM WORK WHOOOOOOP. we did praise and worship for the last timeee @ camp ;_; how uncool xD
since we took the camp photos already, we got to do the affirmation program, which is when we got a piece of paper stuck our backs, and we get to write on other peoples backs the good things about them, its a positive thing. i still got mine from last year, its wonderful. its just greatt (: you get to say the best things about people. which is always good (:
after orchard glory offered us lunch and let us be able to have extra time to eat, we had to go on the bus and leave ;__;
soo tired. i had only gotten round


3 hours of sleep
but look. i havent exactly had gotten much sleep since then xD ahaha
i hope you guys enjoyed my extreme boringness of this. i wanted to share with you guys what i had experienced (:
