i was doing my cooking//foods homework when i came accross this question;

investigate the items commonly served for breakfast. you may use a survey to discover the foods commonly eaten or visit a supermarket, etc. Ensure these foods collectively supply the nutrients required for brakfast.

what im asking isss;
do you even eat breakfast?

cause i hear that most teens dont eat breakfast, which aint great. it starts up your metabolism for energy during the day. i know i sound corny, but i mean , really- do you?
if you're wondering, yes i do eat breakfast. toast (: i NEVER eat PORRIDGE or CEREAL or anything with milk invovled. doesnt make me feel great ):
